The Express Scripts Mobile App lets you access and manage your prescriptions while you are on-the-go.

You can download the Express Scripts Mobile App for free from your device's app store. Search for "Express Scripts" and download it today. To learn more, please visit Express-Scripts.com/mobileapp.

If you take prescription medicine on an ongoing basis, your plan may allow you to order from our convenient home delivery pharmacy. Once you start, you can refill and renew your prescriptions from the website or mobile app - and free standard shipping is included.

To review your home delivery opportunities, go to the website or mobile app and for any medicine that displays the "Transfer to Home Delivery" option, click the button, then select the item and click "add to cart". After you add your retail medicine to the cart, complete the checkout process in order to finalize the transfer to home delivery. Express Scripts will then reach out to your doctor to receive approval.

Express Scripts® Pharmacy is available to those with pharmacy benefits from Express Scripts and other participating pharmacy benefit managers. In the future, non-members will be able to use the pharmacy.

Using our mobile app, you can:

• Find participating retail pharmacies and compare pharmacy prices

Feature availability depends on your plan.

Online
Depending on your plan, you can select Member ID Card under Account in the main menu after you log in. If it's available, you can print your member ID card from there. Just click on the Download Card button to download and/or print your member ID Card.

On the Express Scripts Mobile App
Tap the menu icon on the top-left corner of your screen. Go to My Account and choose Prescription ID Card. You can use the mobile app to show your member ID number at your pharmacy or doctor's office.

Creating an online Express Scripts account is simple. To register, you can use your member ID or your social security number.

Once you have registered on our website, you can:

• Easily order refills
• Track your orders
• Transfer medications to our home delivery pharmacy
• Compare pricing and coverage for brand-name and generic medications
• Find network retail pharmacies and compare pharmacy prices
• Find detailed drug information

Some of these features may depend on your plan.

Getting started is easy. We just need your prescription.

For new prescriptions:

Ask your doctor to e-prescribe a 3-month supply with refills to Express Scripts® Pharmacy.

For current prescriptions:

After you register or log in to your account, you can switch your eligible medications to home delivery with just a few clicks. You can also do this in the Express Scripts® Pharmacy app.

Or call us at the number on the back of your member ID card any time. We’re happy to help.

Once we have your prescription, we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll check to make sure your prescription is safe and effective before mailing it to you. If we have any questions, we’ll contact your doctor.
