Need At-home COVID-19 Tests?

Your health plan provider may cover the full or partial cost of at-home COVID-19 tests. Log in to see if you are covered.

How to get at-home tests:

Express Scripts® Pharmacy

Get at-home COVID-19 tests delivered by Express Scripts® Pharmacy. If your plan offers coverage, you’ll see a link on the right that says “Order at-home COVID-19 tests” after you log in.

Retail pharmacy

You can also get at-home tests at your local participating pharmacy. If your plan covers at-home COVID-19 tests, offer your benefit information at the pharmacy counter. If you don’t have your benefit information and pay for the tests out of pocket, ask for a pharmacy receipt in case you can get reimbursed. Log in for instructions on how to submit a reimbursement claim.
